The Canadian Centre for Child Protection (C3P) is a national charity dedicated to the personal safety and protection of children.

Our goal is to reduce the sexual abuse and exploitation of children, to assist in the location of missing children, and to prevent child victimization.


C3P operates — Canada's tipline for reporting child sexual abuse and exploitation on the internet — as well as other prevention and intervention programs and initiatives.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Recruitment and Administration Coordinator.


Responsibilities include:


  • Assist in the execution of HR policies and procedures that support the accomplishment of the organization's strategic goals
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and represent the HR department in delivery of presentation of benefits and HR materials
  • Recommend and implement learning and professional development programs
  • Data entry, file maintenance, recordkeeping, and administrative duties
  • Provide backup coverage for the administrative assistant position
  • Assist with management of building maintenance and security
  • Assist with planning and organizing staff meetings and special events

Requirements include:


  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources or combination of relevant education and experience will be considered
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Human Resources processes and administrative tasks
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and are adept at learning and adapting to new technologies and software as required
  • Fluent French/English (an asset)
Applicants may be considered for open positions with C3P for a period of up to six months.
