We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
Executive Assistant to the
Executive Director.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday operational and administrative activities of the Executive Director
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize the Executive Director's travel
  • Make necessary arrangements for meetings, including preparing documents
  • Share in general office duties, including maintain building space cleanliness, providing hospitality

Requirements include:


  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • 1 year of related work experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in effectively communicating complex or sensitive information (oral, written, interpersonal and public speaking)
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, creative and committed
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Oral/written French is desirable
  • Ability to travel within Canada/Internationally on occasion
