Production Team Lead - Order Picking

Shift Timing: 4pm to 12 midnight (sometimes extends beyond)

Must work Sunday

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with our production team to make our daily menu of fresh, organic juices and plant based foods
Ensure cleansing, preparing of the glass bottles for the evening shift and ensuring that the process runs smoothly
Prepare and organize packaging for our daily orders, maintain order sheets to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Clean the work area and manage the waste (includes helping to clean equipment, dish washing or cleaning our production area)
Ensure the pressing/bottling requirements are met
Keep a close eye on any team issue or assembly line problems and take proactive measures to resolve them
Be a positive, fun and safe member of the team
Adhere to our quality, health safety and food safety policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

Dedicated and hardworking attitude ready to roll up your sleeves
Detail oriented along with attention to detail will be a key asset
Have the Ability to Multi Task
Preferred 15 years experience in factory or food production along with team management experience
Able to lift 40 lbs. comfortably and work in a fastpaced kitchen environment
Fluent in English and a good communicator

Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour
