Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Install various components according to project specifications
  • Perform drywall installation and finishing
  • Read and interpret blueprints to execute installations accurately
  • Utilize carpentry skills to build structures as needed
  • Conduct caulking and painting tasks as required

Experience:


  • Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or related field
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Strong maintenance person skills for various installation tasks
  • Knowledge of caulking techniques for finishing touches
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Drywall installation and finishing
  • Blueprint reading proficiency
  • Maintenance Person skills for diverse installation projects
  • Carpentry expertise for structural work
  • Caulking techniques for sealing installations
  • Construction painting knowledge

Pay:
$18.00-$27.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
