- Build strong demo capabilities and perform demos for the customers.

- Define and develop Go-ToMarket approach, collaterals, and customer presentations in collaboration with LOB Leader, Sales, and Marketing
- Timely escalation of project risks and resolution with the help of management teams
- Presales support including estimations, SOW drafting, and scope change management
- Develop capabilities in new and upcoming technology offerings like Blockchain, AI, and autonomous systems.
- Preparing the functional design document.
- Preparing the requirement document and taking the Signoffs.
- Helping in UAT and Test Case Review.
- Analyzing and identifying the test cases and Helping the QA team.
- Discussing and explaining the requirements to technical team members.
- Execute strategy and tactics necessary to meet or exceed LOB financial targets and key performance indicators (KPI)
- CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
- Expert in Salesforce CRM –Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- 8+ Years of working experience and handson knowledge in deploying Service Cloud, Knowledge
- At least 2 to 3 full lifecycles of Implementation Experience.
- Strong experience in approval principles, work processes, and security controls pertaining to Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
- Good understanding of end business processes of Cases, Knowledge, Customer 360
- MBA degree is preferable.
