The Bio-Gx Commercial Launch Manager plays an important and strategic role in driving growth opportunity within the company as his/her is responsible to manage the marketing activities of Canadian launches for new generic products, complex Gx and Biosimilars.


More particularly, in this role you will ensure that all marketing preparation activities (from 36 months to 12 months prior to launch) are implemented for new generic and biosimilar molecules to be launched.


Your Key Responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Act as the customer voice & Marketing Lead for any product launch by gathering, understanding and sharing market information to recommend the best launch strategy.
  • Conduct consult meetings and ad boards with key stakeholders to better understand the patient flow, prescription path, key decision makers, patient support program and market needs for molecules to be launched.
  • Analyze the market, competition, trends, reimbursement per province, develop forecast/supply strategy and recommend a Product Launch Strategy to maximize the launch success.

What you'll bring to the role:


Essential Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, in related field (Marketing, Pharma, Nursing, etc.).
  • 58 years experience marketing and project management.
  • Pharmaceutical biosimilars & generic field market experience / knowledge.
  • Expertise in retail market or hospital, of PSP (Patient support program) and of biosimilars.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or abroad.
  • Be able to commute to Boucherville office at least twice a week.
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, project management, presentation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Thrives in changing and ambiguous environments requiring flexibility, agility, and creativity.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle many different priorities at the same time.

Desirable Requirements:


  • Sales and procurement experience, an asset.
  • Knowledge of Project management software, an asset.
