Description
About the Job
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Book Keeper to join our team at Waegwoltic Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and payroll
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
Coordinate with external auditors as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Details
This position is for a fixed 8-month term with the possibility of full-time employment in 2025. The rate is $25 per hour.
