Reliable Fasteners, a division of Richelieu Hardware is now hiring.

We got one available position for the industrial division, Under the industrial sales manager supervision, you will need to develop business with new customers, and maintain the existing customer base.


Responsibilities:


  • Visit distributors and industrial clients inside the assigned territory (Possibility of an outside territory travel occasionally);
  • Building a business relationship with customers.
  • Increasing sales and optimise product selection.
  • Keeping an uptodate merchandising and offering new products;
  • Answering questions about products and services;
  • Participate in exhibitions and sales meetings;
  • Preparing documentation and other visual support;
  • Production of an expense report and logbook;
  • Following up on quotes and client's information;
  • Develop and improve strategic and marketing plan;
  • Provide information to customers on a regular basis;
  • Analysing « SL Report » once a month and following up with the consumer.

Requirements:


  • More than 5 years experience in industrial sales;
  • Having a good knowledge of the Office software;
  • Motivated, good presentation aimed at results;
  • Being organised, autonomous and resourceful;
  • Being able to be 90% of the worktime on the road:
  • 40 % of the worktime is dedicated to solicitation of prospect;
  • 30 % of the worktime is dedicated to introduce new product lines to the existing customer base;
  • 20 % of the worktime is dedicated to maintain that existing customer base;
  • 10 % of the worktime is dedicated to quote and analyse further needs of the clients.
