Standard Job Duties

  • Set up customer meetings utilizing our showrooms and at client sites
  • Call on dealer and reseller partners to expand product offering
  • Work with Orders Department on the purchase order and pricing issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, based on workload and business needs.
  • Making product suggestions according to the wants and needs of customers.
  • Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them into customers
  • Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product
  • CRM proficiency
  • Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships
  • Provide advice to customers regarding products and services
  • Explain the use and advantage of the product to customers
  • Provide quote prices, warranties, and delivery dates

Requirements:


  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with key decision makers including buyers, merchandise managers, and executive leadership.
  • Excellent written, and presentation skills and capability to promote new ideas and products.
  • Critical thinking and reasoning to solve problems.
  • Goaloriented, selfstarter with excellent time management skills Positive, optimistic personality and Strategic thinker.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge and sales abilities. Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns.
  • Strong public speaking skills to present products or services to customers.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas. Computer proficiency required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with many levels and types of people
  • Capable of managing multiple challenging assignments concurrently
  • Effective problem solver
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
