Job Summary
As a key member of GFL's dynamic team, the Receptionist/Billing Administrator is a personable professional with a proven track record providing exceptional front-facing support.
They will be the first point of contact for guests with the primary goal of providing a warm and welcoming experience.
The role also provides administrative support to the office. This position requires an enthusiastic individual with a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and accommodate all visitors including clients, vendors and staff entering reception area.
- Manage incoming calls and redirection of the phone calls to the appropriate contact
- Complete data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Enter and validate information inputs in our OMS operating system
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and provide followup as required
- Organize and enter monthly reconciliation
- Maintain filing and archiving systems
- Plan and organize meetings and other events when required
- Conduct billing administration duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ year(s) of administrative office experience, with reception experience preferred
- Business administration diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience
- Tech Savvy, with a solid understanding of Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize numerous requests
- Ability to work well in a team environment
