We're hiring a full-time Outbound Sales Representative to provide customers professional and personable interactions with Valley Fiber. This is an entry-level role for people who like working in an office environment and having regular social interactions. This position reports to the Residential Sales Leads.

What You'll Do:

  • Interact with walkin customers
- initiating and receiving all sales communications through various queues

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to sell VF services (Fiber and Fixed Wireless)
  • Build positive relationships with customers and act as a first point of contact
for customers

  • Collect customer information for future followups
  • Upsell services to customers and provide product recommendations
  • Reaching out to customers that have expired contracts to get them renewed
(re-upping)

  • Closing sales and hitting sales targets
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Stay informed about VF products and service information updates
  • Create sales documentation as needed

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in sales role is an asset
  • Passionate about Valley Fiber and presents the ability to get onboard with
the company culture and mission

  • Previous experience in telecommunication sales is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software considered an
asset

  • High level of professional customer service skills
  • Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to process and articulate information received
  • People oriented and experienced in building rapport
  • Ability to sell and promote VF products and services passionately
  • Working knowledge of various technology and software programs
  • Demonstrated product knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
  • Willingness to adapt and schedule and hours to accommodate high season
and customer demand

  • Willingness to adjust to alternating shifts (8:00am to 4:30pm or 11:30am to
7:30pm)

  • Willingness to attend and participate in various company sales events
