Description:

We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in a Business Administration program at a university level.

This position will gain valuable experience and direct exposure to the Human Resources and Learning and Development function in a manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who will assist us in creating success for themselves and Winpak.

THE POSITION:

Provide a wide range of support for the day-to-day operations of the Learning and Development Team's functions and duties.

Assist in projects and tasks in the following areas:
training and administrative support, organizational knowledge capture, analysis, assessment and storage.

YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Completion of the first year of their educational program, preferably with Business Administration specialization.
Strong administration and organization skills with attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
A quick learner who is technically savvy, and can adapt to and learn new software.
A great attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
Available from May until end of August 2023, 8:00am4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
