The Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club is currently recruiting for the position of
Facilities Maintenance Technician (Building Maintenance). As a service department our goal is to provide the private club experience members expect and deserve.

Joining the TCSCC Facilities team will provide you with an opportunity to work on a wide variety of sporting surfaces such as our cricket field, clay tennis courts and more.


An Overview of Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the club is member ready each day.
  • Maintain the club, both interior and exterior.
  • Maintain activity maintenance equipment & playing surfaces as required.
  • Collaboration with, and assisting other departments as required.
  • Other duties as required.

Highlight of Job Requirements

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as a member of a goal orientated team.
  • Proficient with the use of smart phones, Microsoft office and other methods of communication.
  • Must be willing to complete training and operate as such on equipment, process and expectations.
  • Comfortable working outdoors during summer and winter months.
  • Available to work shift work (Days, Afternoons & Evenings) with minimum availability of 3 shifts per week.
  • Ability to lift/move heavy items safely up to 50 lbs.

Due to the importance of this role at the Cricket Club, we require a minimum availability of three (3) shifts per week (Days, Afternoons & Evenings).

Salary:
$22.25 per hour
