- Review file with Sales Consultant to have a full understanding of the event
- Load company vehicle with prepacked bins of equipment, décor, alcohol, and food if required, etc.
- Drive to and from event from shop
- Manage event staff while onsite
- Interact with client directly while onsite, regarding timelines or any concerns
- Successfully execute the event while professionally representing Tulips and Maple
- Unpacking / putting away all items in shop post event. All dirty items put in the dish pit (includes dirty décor/risers), food items thrown out (or kept if still good and put in fridge), all décor put away on appropriate shelves in shop and all bar stock (empties/full bottles) to be put away.
- Informing Event Coordinator when items (napkins, coffee, takeaway containers) are running low so they can be ordered.
- Filling out Feedback form
- Binder placed in office for Event Coordinator
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3years supervisory and bar management experience would be an asset
- Smart Service Certification is a must
- Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate
- Reliable Transportation and valid Class G Driver's License; a driver's abstract will be required
- Good proficiency and experience with word processing (MS Word), spreadsheets (MS Excel), company software and database programs
- Bilingual is an asset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fastpaced environment
- Solid knowledge of catering service principals, processes, procedures, policies, directives and guidelines
- General physical wellness, ability to stand, lift, move etc. for long periods of time
- Successful Police Check will be required
- Government Clearance may be required
- Current CPR, First Aid and WHMIS Training would be an asset
- Applicants must be 18 years of age and up
- Available to work shifts on days, evenings, nights and weekends
Job Types:

Salary:
$33,225.78-$36,074.33 per year
Schedule:
- Evening shift

Experience:
- Supervising and
- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve Certification (preferred)
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
