Role Overview


We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Account Executive with a hunter mindset who will lead, motivate, and collaborate with their sales team in building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, leading sales demos, closing business deals and developing strategies to engage potential customers and markets in the healthcare environment.


Scope of duties

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects highlighting the value proposition of our SaaS solutions to our clients
  • Collaborating with the business development team, including presenting software demos to prospective customers
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely followup and closure of deals.
  • Successfully lead client acquisition to achieve growth targets through leads from our demand gen channels, and outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Call new clients, manage and report on your activities and pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior management.
  • Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including software implementation, customer success and digital marketing to drive revenue growth

What You Offer:


  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Experience with Healthcare sales is an asset e.g. pharmaceutical, MedTech, Medical aesthetics
  • Proven experience working as a sales development representative or Business development representative.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in brainstorming methods for engaging and selling products to customers.
