Role Overview:

As the Director of Amazon, you will spearhead our Amazon sales, optimizing our sales strategy and enhancing customer satisfaction.

This crucial role involves managing account health, refining ASIN strategies, overseeing pricing models, and leveraging advanced Amazon tools to drive growth and efficiency.


What We Need From You:


  • Amazon Expertise: Extensive experience managing Amazon as a sales channel, with a solid understanding of its ecosystem and tools such as Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, setting clear goals and KPIs to drive performance.

Driven Decision Making:

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, make decisions and adjust strategies based on detailed analysis and real-time insights.


  • Operational Excellence: Experience overseeing Amazon operations, including account health, ASIN strategies, and pricing models.

Centric Mindset:
Ability to enhance customer perception and loyalty through effective management of reviews, feedback, and customer engagement.

  • Marketing Proficiency: Skilled in optimizing marketing efforts on Amazon to improve visibility, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve issues that arise within the Amazon platform quickly and effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and articulate strategies and results to stakeholders

Responsibilities:


  • Account Management: Maintain optimal account health with a score of 700+, manage ASIN warnings, and refine pricing and discount strategies.
  • Brand Loyalty: Regularly review customer feedback and address negative reviews and store feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Listing Optimization: Continuously improve product listings through keyword optimization, enhanced content (A+), and engaging multimedia elements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to optimize SKU mix, enhance ad spend efficiency, and improve overall sales performance.
  • Innovative Marketing: Implement cuttingedge marketing tactics, including DSP and Amazon Posts, to stay ahead of competition and increase market share.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Reporting and working closely with the CMO and crossfunctional teams to align Amazon strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate risks associated with new initiatives and maintain the health of all Amazon accounts.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue projections
  • Competitive Analysis: Keep a vigilant eye on the Amazon competitive landscape, leveraging third party reporting tools to identify growth opportunities and implement tactics for category expansion

Supply Chain:
Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations for Amazon, ensuring efficient inventory planning

$90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
