Responsibilities:


  • Review project documents specifications and drawings to determine scope of work.
  • Calculate and input data into spreadsheets
  • Generate request for quotes from subcontractors.
  • Able to read and transcribe measurements from blue prints (Perform take offs)
  • Experience working with Adobe AutoCAD required
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office Software
  • Reports to the Operations Manager, High Rise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Reliable, team player with exceptional problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage time and workload quickly, accurately and independently
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude

Qualifications:


  • Diploma in a construction/architectural related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the architectural glazing industry
  • Minimum 3 years Estimating experience
  • Window wall experience required
  • Basic math skills required
  • Ability to complete basic calculations and conversions
  • Demonstrate confidence in spotting construction productivity issues and taking
  • Selfmotivated, with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Canadian High Rise: 1 year (preferred)
