_VIDEO PRODUCTION STUDIO MANAGER _
Main responsibilities
- Managing and operating the video production studio.
- Managing the studio's workflow and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Developing creative concepts and strategies for video production.
- Overseeing every step of the production process.
- Coordinating and scheduling video shoots and recording sessions.
- In charge of creating and delivering content for our various digital platforms (social media, website, live, etc).
- Creating and implementing quality control procedures.
- Provide for the digital content needs of the various departments.
WHO YOU ARE?
- Excellent leadership and management techniques.
- Profound understanding of video production equipment, technology, and industry standards.
- Adeptness at handling highpressure, fastpaced situations.
- Proficiency in overseeing and directing a video production studio.
- Exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with digital media and streaming platforms.
- Competence in video compression, encoding, and distribution.
- Innovative mindset and ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches for video production.
