    • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing Beauty Advisors, ensuring everyone is up to speed on the latest at Sephora.
    • Passionate about Clients: Respond promptly to client feedback, resolve issues, and be the go-to person for ensuring top-notch client experiences in the store.
    • Talent Champion: Play a key role in team hiring, interviewing, and ensuring that the best talent is onboard to drive success.
    • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Keep an eye on store goals, trends, and opportunities to ensure the team is moving in the right direction.
    • Employee Engagement: Embody Sephora's values and foster a positive work environment for all team members.

    We're looking for someone who:

    • Has 2-4 years of relevant leadership experience.
    • Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills and can build high-performing teams.
    • Is available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
