I have many years of experience in customer service, working with children, teens, and young adults while providing a safe, warm, and welcoming environment. Working as part of a team or independently, producing high-standard results. I continuously demonstrate health, safety, and wellness in the workplace, make interactive choices and empower others to be confident. I pride myself on being trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, caring, and professional while having a fun personality and a great sense of humour. I adopt a logical, pragmatic approach to problem solving. A determined individual with a very positive approach to work, I can communicate and build relationships as required. My current goal is to achieve long-term employment in Healthcare within Lethbridge, AB and rural areas. To achieve this goal, I recently completed two programs at Lethbridge College in the hope of helping jump-start my new career path, stepping away from twenty years in Childcare. I have a great foundation of knowledge and skills to succeed while contributing to team success through hard work and attention to detail. I am confident in administrative tasks, customer service, multi-tasking, and strong written and verbal communication skills while interacting with people in a busy environment.
