Wash Bay Attendant / Bus Detailer
PWTransit is currently seeking a full-time Wash Bay Attendant to join our team in Port Alberni. We offer competitive wages, ongoing training and development, and a family-oriented team environment.
The Wash Bay Attendant will work 33 to 40 hours per week. The shifts will occur in the evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties

Cleans the interior and exterior of company vehicles
Miscellaneous building cleaning duties

Qualifications

Valid class 1 or 2 driver's license with airbrake endorsement preferred (will also consider other license classes with airbrake endorsement)
Must have flexible availability
Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to communicate effectively with the traveling public and to report on incidents involving safety and/or service
Driver's abstract indicating safe and responsible vehicle operation over the past 5 years
Previous vehicle detailing experience considered an asset

Selected applicants will be required to participate in a comprehensive recruitment process which consists of interviews, trainability session, medical examination (as required for licensing), drug and alcohol screening, criminal record and reference checks.

Salary:
$20.97-$24.32 per hour
