Description

We are looking for a driven, outgoing and skilled Office Manager to become a new face of PureLogic IT Solutions, a team glue and a baller with a strong attention to detail, collaboration and communication skills.

If you love things in order, putting smiles on people's faces and helping everyone, this role is for you.

You will wear multiple hats, keeping the office organized, spreadsheets completed, people happy and questions answered in a timely manner.

We are looking for a Rockstar Admin to add more sunshine to our office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Daytoday management of the office and helping to build a positive, teamfocused culture
  • Welcome clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Keep the reception, boardrooms, and other common areas neat and tidy
  • Monitor and improve office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage shipping and receiving duties, sort incoming mail and courier deliveries as required
  • Manage office supplies and consumables
  • Oder lunches for internal and client meetings
  • Manage the budget for officerelated expenses
  • Manage the Kiosk Testing Center
  • Manage contracts and relationships with office vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, sales forecasts, and documents as directed
  • File office documentation according to established records management procedures
  • Support the Security Officer (ACSO) with documentation
  • Manage internal assets, coordinate with IT department on all office equipment, and execute equipment procurement
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves
  • Assist with corporate travel
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, events and other arrangements for executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives: prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports
  • Support internal event planning committee with team building activities, offsite retreats, holiday parties, events and client meetings
  • Maintain and manage the event and office calendars
  • Draft minutes of meetings and create action items
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive team

Experience and Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education in business, computers, or office management is preferred.
  • Preference will be for those who have taken a business administration course.
  • 35 years of experience
  • PowerPoint, Word and Excel savvy. Comfortable with information systems and databases (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Have fun: love people, be helpful, outgoing, smiley, with a great sense of humour and positive outlook
