Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficiency of the department and provide support for team members regarding training, troubleshooting, and process implementation.

What you'll be doing everyday- Seen as a strong resource and Go-To individual- Assist with training new team members and ensuring training materials are updated- Providing ongoing training sessions to team members as needed- Tailoring documents for product/development teams ensuring accurate implementation of changes- Providing expert knowledge and problem solving support to team members- Seek innovations to improve the efficiency of the team- Monitor the effectiveness of the workflow and offer solutions to inefficiencies- Support the team in resolving process related escalations Assist the team members by ensuring requirements are clear and accurate for each school.

Any changes are implemented accordingly- Assist management in developing and implementing process related policies- Assist management with identifying gaps in cross team processes and policies.
