MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In support of the Manager of IT Enterprise Solutions, manages daytoday tasks and deliverables for projects related to the Digital Transformation
- Schedule meetings with Subject Matter Experts, Stakeholders and Consultants as required
- Participate in various project related meetings to record action items or decisions for key stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and artifacts in an organized manner
- Assist the Solutions Architect in maintaining milestones, status reports and risk register
- Working with the Manager of IT Enterprise Solutions and team, create and maintain communications to assist in technical explanations or working documents for the project
- Using project management methodologies, tools and practices, assists in the organization and development of project management culture for internal continuous improvement projects
- Backup Manager of IT Enterprise Solutions as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years' experience as part of a project management team on largescale IT related projects (Experience in ERP Implementations would be viewed as an asset)
- Bachelor's degree, diploma or certification in Information Technology, Project Management or related field preferred
- Experience deploying and running Project Management methodologies, tools and systems, including status reports, timelines, resource management, briefing documents etc. (Experience in Microsoft DevOps would be viewed as an asset)
- Knowledge in Enterprise systems and a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in Change Management concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and proven problemsolving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software.
