Position Introduction:


This is a full time, permanent position, and an opportunity to work with a fun, family orientated organization in a growing company division.

Role Accountabilities:


  • Confidently understand the computer programs being utilized for Communication, Sales, Production, Inventory, and Operations.
  • Load & Unload all Inbound and Outbound Freight, Courier, Supplies, Products, Resources and Customer Orders.
  • Detail Receive and Resolve Deficiencies; Work with Suppliers and Managers to overcome Inventory obstacles.
  • Store, Pack, Pick & Process all aspects of Inventory both internal and external. manage and maintain Inventory
  • Assist team members with timely and accurate picking of customer orders
  • Accurately Create, Detail, Attach, and File all shipping documents
  • Report and File Required Government Documents for all Domestic and International orders
  • Willingness to gain moderate understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 standards to ensure compliance during job duties
  • Ensure Compliance and Control Environmental Impacts; Ensure Waste and Scrap are Recycled or Reused when possible.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Shipping & Receiving Role.
  • Forklift, Skid Steer, Equipment operation certificates an asset
  • Order Picking industry knowledge is an asset
  • ISO 9001:2015; 14001:2015 experience is an asset
  • Accounting software experience is an asset
  • Working independently as well as a part of a team in a collaborative environment
  • Utilize strong attention to detail to identify missing/required details
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving practices for domestic and international orders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
