    Ride the next mile with us

    Reporting to the Director Network Operations, the Continuous Improvement Specialist will be an expert in continuous improvement for hub sort operations and linehaul network design, working to address operational issues, meet performance standards, and innovate processes, tools, layouts, and equipment.

    This role is pivotal in our mission to build a top-tier operational team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support and audit hub sort stations to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
    • Define and implement operational standards for productivity and efficiency.
    • Optimize automated and manual sorting processes to enhance throughput and quality.
    • Identify and implement improvements across operations.
    • Collaborate with different departments to drive process innovation.
    • Track project timelines and progress.
    • Visit delivery stations regularly to understand operations and drive key initiatives.
    • Analyze network performance and recommend enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, operations management, or related field.
    • 7 years of operations experience, preferably in transportation and logistics.
    • 3 years in operational excellence, engineering, or performance improvement roles.
    • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt level) is an asset.
    • Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD.
    • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to hold others accountable.
    • Bilingual in French and English.

    Job Requirement:

    • Location preference: Mississauga.
    • Travel across Canada required.
    • Valid driving license and own car.
