Customer Solutions Specialist, Ocean Export.

Duties include:
Receiving orders from clients, arranging ocean freight bookings, completing trucking arrangements, documentation, billing, tracing, some quoting, general customer service.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS- Experience working (or education) in freight forwarding and/or ocean carrier sector preferred
- Must be able to work effectively in a fastpaced team environment
- Effective communication and problemsolving skills are required on a daily basis
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Cargowise an asset, but not a requirement
- Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A high level of mental alertness and urgency is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and able to multitask and respond to a dynamic work environment
