Description
UGC is a commercial interior restaurant construction company with more than 10 years experience in Construction Project Management. We manage restaurant construction from null to complete design build. We do franchise renovations, exterior drive through build up and mill work.

UGC is expanding and looking to add construction project supervisor in their team.

Below is the role and responsibilities:

Job Duties:

  • Able to handle Commercial Job Site.
  • Able to contact with the inspectors and can book the inspections.
  • Able to contact with the suppliers and can order the material.
  • Communicating with the project team to assist with the monitoring and control and quality of work.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as Site Supervisor.
  • Good Communication and Written Skills
  • Valid G License
  • Highly motivated with an ability to work under mínimal supervision.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
$35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- construction: 1 year (preferred)
