We are continuously innovating and creating immersive and engaging experiences where young people can learn digital skills such as coding, algorithm and data literacy, and artificial intelligence to have a social impact. We are currently looking to hire a Web Development Manager to join our team to help support an agile team environment that thrives for continuous innovation and growth.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Services and Communications, the Web Development Manager also works closely with Project Coordinators, Marketing, Communications teams and key internal stakeholders to achieve strategic program goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Lead and manage the planning, design, development, coding, modifying, monitoring and maintenance of all Digital Moment websites and connected services within the web ecosystem.
- Work collaboratively with the Digital Services department and other key stakeholders to facilitate and coordinate the delivery of our branded online experiences.
- Develop and manage web development and support procedures, tools, and documentation. This includes writing scope documents, managing source code, and developing technical support standards and procedures.
- Participate in all phases of projects including development, design, testing and production. This requires experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS3, JQuery, JSON, PHP, Web production and CMS tools.
- Work with the other Lead Web Developer & Interactive Designer to ensure web processes and tech stacks are consistent and create the optimal user experience between the various brand web sites.
- Lead and support a small team of 2-3 employees, including assigning tasks, providing ongoing support, coaching and development of members.
- Evaluate and communicate project timelines and progress, resource needs, project risks and blockers to appropriate stakeholders including management team.
- Coordinate with various departments and teams to assess requirements, identify appropriate internet technologies to meet objectives, and assist in implementation of web services.
- Implement optimization strategies to all website initiatives including optimization for search engines, performance, responsiveness and user experience.
- Produce and monitor website analytics, performance reports and dashboards and advise on improvement strategies,
- Continuously work on and improve site content integration and update workflow.
- Stay current on emerging web trends and technologies in anticipation of site improvement and future features.

Relevant du directeur des services numériques et des communications, le(la) gestionnaire du développement Web travaille également en étroite collaboration avec les coordinateurs de projet, les équipes de marketing et de communication et les principales parties prenantes internes pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques du programme.

VOUS FEREZ:

- Diriger et gérer la planification, la conception, le développement, le codage, la modification, le suivi et la maintenance de tous les sites Web de Digital Moment et des services connectés au sein de l'écosystème Web.
