We are currently looking to hire a Systems Administrator to join our team to help support an agile team environment that thrives for continuous innovation and growth.
We are looking for a highly-skilled, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual to join our team in the role of IT Systems Administrator, who will play an important role in the support of day-to-day operations at Digital Moment by making contributions to IS projects, designs, standards, and procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Administer Google Workspace, Office 365, and all other backend services and integrations
- Perform Google Workspace advanced administration
- Administer and support corporate enduser tools, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Microsoft 365, etc.
- Troubleshoot user issues including user connectivity and mobility
- Own the evaluation, recommendation, piloting, testing and launch of software and apps
- Manage users, groups, accesses and licenses
- Administer corporate devices, including endpoint protection
- Monitor operational, security and compliance logs, capacity, and security reports
- Manage new user setup and orientation including the collaboration with HR for onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Coordinate hardware ordering, shipping, and setup and asset tracking
- Troubleshoot OS, network, user equipment, service related issues
- Install and distribute software packages, monitor software updates and licensing
- Ensure security through update management, malware protection, user education, respond to security incidents as required, manage user access levels
- Carry out remote administration and support of devices both on and offcampus
- Responsible for security monitoring, investigation, and incident response
- Perform analysis, hunting, corrective actions, and reporting
- Participate in security policy enforcement, procedure development
- Carry out compliance operations, including audit tasks, reviews, and assessments.
- Integrate and automate systems and administrative tasks using various relevant tools
- Manage procurement, deployment, and support of enduser hardware and operating environments
- Document processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
- Provide backup web services hosting and DNS support as needed

VOUS FEREZ:
- Administrer les plateformes Google Workspace, Office 365, et tout autres services et intégrations d'arrière plan
- Effectuer l'administration avancée de Google Workspace
- Administrer et soutenir les outils des utilisateurs de l'entreprise, notamment Gmail, Drive, Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Dépanner les problèmes des utilisateurs, y compris la connectivité et la mobilité des utilisateurs.
