The Position:


Pedalheads is looking for part time as well as opportunities for full-time Customer Care Associate who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Your main role will be to assist with inquiries into our children's bike, swim and sports programs, resolutions and appropriate follow-up.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our customer's trust.


As someone who will represent Pedalheads on the front line, ultimately you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer care.


The Customer Care Associate position is based out of our Vancouver, BC office and reports to the Customer Care Supervisor.


Outcomes:


  • Taking program registrations and entering customer information into our registration database
  • Filing documents
  • Assists the Customer Care Supervisor with assigned administrative tasks
  • Light housekeeping tasks to maintain our office environment
  • Ensure that any make up lesson or reschedule requests for lessons or camps are processed efficiently

Qualifications:


  • Must be fluent in English (verbal and written) ( additional languages are an asset)
  • Superb customer service skills and an upbeat phone/online personality
  • Completion of GED or equivalent, Postsecondary education is an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, exposure to call centre, retail, hospitality, reception/front desk environments an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel and Office 365

Wage:

- $ $18.00/ hour based on experience
