Responsibilities:


  • Follow policies and procedures for document handling, and securing of warranty parts.
  • File electronic claims in accordance with each manufacturers policies and procedures.
  • Interpret warranty coverage for customers and dealership employees as needed
  • Answer telephone inquiries from customers concerning warranty coverage.
  • Disseminate new warranty procedures or coverage to Service Manager, Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, Parts Manager and Sales Manager as received.
  • Check warranty claim status daily.
  • Reconcile credits received for warranty claims weekly.
  • Work with manufacturers to resolve warranty disputes and customer warranty issues

What we are looking for:


  • Experience in the Heavy-Duty industry preferred but related industries may also be considered.
  • Selfmotivated, team oriented individuals who have the ability to perform successfully under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and superior customer service skills.

Salary:
From $31.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
