THE ROLE

As Regional Manager (District Manager), you will manage a team of financial advisory professionals and oversee branch operations and delivery of the client experience in assigned SISIP Financial territory.

You will reinforce and manage SISIP sales and client experience processes, identify best practices and gaps, in order to create and ensure consistent service to SISIP clients and prospective clients.


You will collaborate with managers to develop and manage the district business plan, establish strategies, and goals including business and partner development activities, financial education and delivery of marketing campaigns.


As Regional Manager (District Manager), you will provide sales, relationship development and performance coaching in assigned territory in accordance with coaching plans of the advisory team.

You will participate in business planning sessions, and lead sessions with team. In addition, you will develop and manage coaching plans in collaboration with direct reports.


You will participate in coaching designed to enhance client discovery and understanding of life goals and needs, evolve professional practices, ensure team and partner collaboration, personal growth, and attainment of business plan goals.

You will leverage CRM in the management and reporting of district plans, activities and regulatory requirements and ensure adoption across the team.

You will deliver on district and area Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including sales, activity and client experience goals.


QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**- College diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field


AND

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation
  • Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and life insurance license (NS), an asset
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM,) an asset
  • Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) Course
  • Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), an asset

Experience

  • In establishing working relationship with Senior Leaders
  • In developing and implementing coaching practices
  • In planning, coordinating, managing and controlling the delivery of financial products and services
  • In developing, implementing, revising and achieving financial services business plans, strategies, goals and action plans
  • In implementing an integrated financial services client experience
  • In leading, mentoring and coaching a financial services team
  • In relationship management and business development
  • In interpreting and implementing policies, procedures and regulations
  • In using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • In risk management
  • In personnel administration
  • In change management, an asset
