Roles and Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy and Management:

  • Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Perform indepth keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize campaign targeting.
  • Create compelling ad copy and engaging ad extensions to drive clickthrough rates and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies to ensure optimal results.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement datadriven optimizations to maximize campaign performance.

Landing Page Optimization:

  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to create and optimize landing pages for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of landing page performance and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement best practices for landing page optimization, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights to clients on campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to gain insights into user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously track and report on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market insights to inform campaign optimizations.

Client Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss strategies, and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive alignment between Google Ads campaigns and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Offer expert guidance and educate clients on best practices, emerging trends, and opportunities within the Google Ads ecosystem.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
  • Indepth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics and other analytics tools to analyze campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • Detailoriented mindset, with a focus on delivering highquality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Google Ads certifications are a plus.

$20.00-$22.00 per hour
