The Regional Parts Manager is a senior management positions and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our parts operations in an assigned region.

The Regional Part Manager's performance will be measured by the degree to which she / he effectively manages the Region and all of its parts functions, resulting in fulfilled employees, profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage the parts persons in the designated region, including interviewing, hiring, coordinating training, employee performance management, corrective counselling and recommending transfers, promotions or terminations
  • Work closely with the Human Resource department to address all personnel issues
  • Liaise with Regional Operation Managers, branch Service Managers, Sales Managers and CSSR representative to ensure all business units are aligned across all businesses and territories
  • Provide direction, support, and guidance to parts personnel on a daily or task specific basis
  • Promote Continuous improvements of all Parts related programs as well as lean process implementation
  • Closely manage or help manage key performance measures of each branch and employee within the region
  • Work closely with Parts Inventory Management team on managing the parts inventory assets in each branch facility
  • Ensure that all corporate safety initiatives and programs are strictly followed at each Branch
  • Maintain regular communication with each business unit operating within the region
  • Forecasting, reviews and communication of the parts departments financial results on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis

Job Requirements:


  • Confident selfstarter and team player
years' experience in a supervisory role

  • Experience in a similar role would be considered a strong asset
  • Mechanical knowledge of machinery an asset
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, and Outlook )
  • Strong multitasking project skills with the ability to adapt to change in scope, time line, or focus without sacrificing execution
  • Strong organizational, communication, time management, planning, and interpersonal skills
