You

Have a knack for fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders tenants and their customers, suppliers/service companies and the property team
Have proven that you are highly capable of multitasking

You will

Oversee all aspects of the building systems including the HVAC system, building automation system, life safety systems, security systems, etc.
Ensure preventative maintenance is completed as scheduled on all building systems
Maintain daily maintenance and equipment logs.
Respond to tenant service requests
Establish strong relationships with tenants and provide a proactive, exemplary level of service
Oversee contractors and service providers work for quality of workmanship and monitor construction contractors for adherence to building design guidelines
Conduct property inspections to ensure it is well maintained, safe and operated to an Anthem standard with great curb appeal
Monitor risk management of the property and promptly report concerns
Complete basic repairs and maintenance including minor plumbing repairs, light replacement, washroom maintenance,
Assist with preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets
Work collaboratively with other team members in leasing, asset management and construction and all other stakeholders
Be on call for property emergencies
Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

You have

A minimum of 5th class Power Engineer certificate
A minimum of 3 years related building operations experience
Experience onboarding a new asset (preferred)
A strong knowledge of OHSA, building codes and fire codes
An eye for detail and strong organizational and followup skills
The ability to use MS Office, Excel and Outlook
A valid driver's license and vehicle (a must)

Salary range
- $70,000 - $85,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
