The Opportunity
Terra is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator who will work alongside the students and educators and ensure the daily operations of the school.

The Role
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Develop a strong understanding of Terra's school culture, and what sets us apart from other early learning centers.
- Foster warm and trusting relationships with families and community members.
- Connect and engage in collaborative partnerships with fellow educators, colleagues, leaders, families, and the greater community.
- Manage student and staff onboarding processes such as creating and sending letters and organize uniform fittings.
- Host virtual tours with interested families
- Support and communicate with educators, principal, and team in maintaining and updating school processes and procedures.
- Provide administration duties in the office by establishing and maintaining employee, student, and business files and records, processing invoices, and receiving incoming mail and phone calls.
- Manage and calculate expenses, budgets, and tuition, including managing benefits.
- Set up and maintain office systems including ordering supplies and keeping track of inventory.
- Manage relationships with external contractors
- Coordinate, support, and organize staff and community events
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities where necessary.
The Qualifications
As the Administrative Coordinator, you have:
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Possesses good time management skills and has the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Highly resourceful teamplayer, with the ability to work independently.
- A passion for people and strong ability to build authentic and trusting relationships with all community members.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and is resultsoriented.
- Embodies a growth mindset, recognizing opportunities for learning and growth daily.
- Experience working with children and in an administrative role is an asset.

Commitment
- 40 hours per week

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
