  • Training paid at the office (46 weeks)

  • Salary : starting at à 18.25$/hrs + quarterly bonus and incentives

If chosen, what would you do?

  • Manage incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel
  • Efficiently resolve any customer issues and retain customers
  • Provide feedback on customer issues
  • Create contracts and various administrative work
  • Participate in various current projects

We are looking for someone who has.

  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Possible but not required Customer retention & loyalty experience
  • Possible but not required Sales experience
  • Time management skills
  • Empathy, diplomacy, active listening skills
  • Great sens of responsability
  • Good judgment and stress management skills
  • Mandatory bilinguism ( French and english)
