Responsibilities:


  • Examine each file received to ensure contracts have been issued accordingly, capturing any required documentation deemed necessary by the Underwriter and/or the Case Manager.
  • Verify that the contract is issued in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies and standards.
  • Responsible for identifying, recording and reporting contract discrepancies and errors and taking appropriate action including reaching out to Case Manager to required.
  • Assemble the policy contract accord to Company policies and bind or prepare for epolicy delivery.
  • With paper contracts, where necessary, provide the MGA/Advisor's mailing address for the distribution of completed contract packages based on contracting/licensing preferences.
  • Document and report on daily volumes.
  • Escalate any issues related to system issues and contracts output.
  • Manage all pending issues to meet or exceed production targets.
  • Identify and communicate any operational efficiencies to enhance the service experience of Members and Advisors.
  • Other duties as required.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:


  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and strong team building skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high volume work environment
  • Life Insurance experience is a must
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to work independently on a repetitive task and maintain high motivation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • LOMA designation an asset
  • Ability and willingness to support the team accomplish its team goals
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
