    Description
    The position of Program Manager reports to the Director, Project Management. You are expected to devote your full-time efforts to the business of Paladin.

    By working with the leading, proven, and most reliable technologies partner on the market, you will be positioned for program management and building a national team to provide project management and technical expertise that supports business development activities for our client across North America.

    Paladin Technologies' teams can design and deploy sophisticated integrated systems technology and infrastructure for you on a national scale, while providing local support.

    Paladin has offices coast to coast and 1600+ talented and committed professionals dedicated to custom-crafting and installing technology solutions for companies requiring Network Infrastructure, Audio Visual, Fiber Optics/OSP, Structured Cabling, Integrated Security, Unified Communications, and more.

    The successful candidate will be involved in program management, project management, service programs, design, quality management, client relationships, identification of opportunities, and will work closely with multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver various assignments on time and on budget for our client in North America

    This stretches from the deployment of PMO best practices and methodology to create a program/project plan to fit the stakeholders'/clients' needs and deliver within budget the desired outcomes.

    Has the detailed knowledge at the project level to work alongside Project Managers to ensure interdependences are identified and solutions proposed while program risks are mitigated.

    Working closely with senior stakeholders and team members, the Program Manager is ultimately responsible for defining the program/project scope and objectives to ensure program members understand what is expected of them and what they should expect from one another.

    Prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports.

    Co-ordinates, facilitates and communicates to all concerned parties the governance requirements such as program/project milestones, status updates, expense impacts as well as any existing or potential escalation issues.

    Provides budget analysis, labour allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization.

    Maintains hands-on control of the program through a process of regular program reviews, design reviews and audits, staff meetings, program meetings and the like.

    Working closely with Service team to manage client's Master Service Agreement for ongoing warranty and service post installation.

    Works in partnership with National Account Executive team to manage client's program and actively pursue all Business Development opportunities in North America.

    Identify and mitigate risk, working closely with the Account Executive team.
    Travel to North American sites as needed.

    Technical System knowledge is an asset for CCTV (Hanwha, Axis, Avigilon, Genetec and other vendors Access Control (Kantech, Genetec, and other vendors) & Data Cabling.


    Project Management:
    Flawlessly deliver on all project components to exceed client expectation

    Accountability:
    Own each project and its outcome while following company standards
    Previous and progressive experience as a Project or Program Manager in the integrated security and/or low voltage industry. Telecommunications, Electrical)
    Previous experience managing large construction projects preferred.
    Experience delivering projects utilizing open-platform security solutions with integrated access control and video management systems.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.
    Post-secondary education from an engineering technology program (controls and instrumentation, electronics, electrical, etc.).

    Experience in project planning, risk management, cost management and schedule management, and methods of analyzing and reporting project performance on financial and other KPIs.

    Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
