Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking travel advice and assistance
  • Offer personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client preferences and budget
  • Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travelrelated services
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
  • Strong knowledge of hotels, destinations, and travel products
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

$200.00-$295.00 per day
