Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking travel advice and assistance
Offer personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client preferences and budget
Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travelrelated services
Stay uptodate with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel arrangements
Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
Strong knowledge of hotels, destinations, and travel products
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
