Currently looking for strong Restaurant Managers for our brand-new, Indian street food concept, developed in partnership with Chef Vikram Vij from CBC's Dragons' Den


Main Responsibilities:


  • Supervising member relations including training & development, and recognition. As well as recruitment, and scheduling (as required).
  • Promoting a healthy, safe, and respectful work environment.
  • Fostering a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure consistency of quality, portion control, and menu item presentation.
  • Adhere to and enforces food handling/safety requirements.
  • Ensure for and maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$16.50-$19.00 per hour

We ensure the highest level of cleaning and sanitization possible.

We will provide high quality, N95 style respirator masks for staff who would like to wear them, and ensure all staff stay home when sick.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Supervisory/management experience working in a restaurant or retail store an asset.
  • Passion for food, service, and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong team building skills.
  • Local store marketing/fundraising participation.
  • Proven ability on achieving results through others.
  • Experience with ordering/counting inventory an asset.
  • Local store marketing/fundraising participation.
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.

Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.

Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade.

It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
