- Partner with departmental leaders to assess learning needs and develop customized training programs.
- Undertake an analysis of learning needs and goals, collaborating closely with departmental leaders to determine training priorities.
- Apply instructional design principles to develop captivating and interactive learning experiences that cater to various learning styles and preferences.
- Utilize learning technologies and platforms to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of training materials, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all employees.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, showcasing strong presentation skills and the ability to engage learners at all organizational levels.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance measures, and provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, actively identifying opportunities to innovate and enrich our training programs.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning & development, with a proven record of designing and delivering successful training initiatives.
- Solid grasp of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery practices.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other learning technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities, with the skill to engage and motivate learners at all organization levels.
- Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Creative thinker with a zeal for innovation and continuous enhancement.
- The role entails standard working conditions in an office setup with a regular work schedule from Monday to Friday.

- Access to on-site fitness facilities with company-sponsored pilates and yoga classes.
- Occasional travel may be necessary to site locations; hence, a valid Drivers License is a requirement.
