- Coordination of Manure Management Program – including vendor management, biosecurity, PO and invoice management, permits
- Capital Expenditure projects
- Site inspections and evaluations for regulatory compliance and environment management
- Inspect and audit manure storage structures, documenting potential risks and priority for repair
- Primary contact with Provincial Environment officers
- Development and Supervision of environmental corrective action plans
- Coaching and Training barn employees on regulations and environment management
- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or Engineering (Biosystems) or Agriculture Diploma and/or background in relevant discipline with a strong preference for Agronomy or Agroecology or Soil Science
- Professional Agrologist designation considered an asset (or willingness to obtain designation)
- Project Management experience considered an asset
- Ability to be process focused
- Must possess exceptional skills in:

- Highly motivated self-starter that can operate independently with minimum or no supervision
- Values driven
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within Manitoba and Saskatchewan, including periods of up to 2 consecutive nights away from home
