Sage Parts is the world's largest supplier of GSE (Ground Support Equipment) and airport-related equipment replacement parts with operations in The United States, Canada, Chile, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, Peru, South Africa, The Netherlands, and The United Kingdom.
Sage provides supply chain management, on site supply services, single source supply, logistics solutions, engineering solutions and other cost reduction programs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of Time to Execute
- Oversee and support Wholesale customers
- Oversee the Logistic and Supply Chain performance: fill rate and transit time
- Drive customer centric enhancement for the region
- Develop the Customer Service team
- Member of the Regional Management Team
- Price adjustment to meet minimum GP%, according region directives
- Manage eSage customer/user and training
- Freight recovery

- 5 + years of experience in management positions.
- B.S. or M.S Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Experience in GSE industry.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Pay:
$56,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
