General Labourer - East Garafraxa, Canada - Synapse Communications
Description
Working with onsite drill crew this person will be responsible for assisting the team with drilling, excavating and clean up.
AZ, AR, DZ driver license is a plus.Responsibilities include:
- Driving truck and trailer to site
- Operating or assisting the operator of a mini excavator to prep site for drill crew
- Transporting conduit and fiber to and from
- Assisting with install of conduit and fiber
- Clean up of drill site once conduit has been drilled
- Setting up a safe work site
- Use of hand tools
Requirements:
- Driver abstract
- Criminal background check
- Able to work flexible hours
- Construction experience in the telecommunication field
- Able to read and interpret underground Telco designs is a plus
- An understanding of underground utilities is a plus
- Able to read and interpret utility locates is a plus
What you will Bring:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Great Organizational Skill
- Computer literate
- Ability to work efficiently on your own
- Valid Ontario Drivers license's
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experienced in operating equipment is a plus
Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- East Garafraxa, ON L9W 7M3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
