Job Purpose
Support Selling Excellence team in developing and designing interactive training modules. Curating brand modules and onboarding learning plans.


Details (Your Responsibilities):


  • Utilize online platforms like Articulate Rise to convert flat PDFs into interactive learning experiences
  • Assist sales training team with development of new training materials
  • Utilize Illuminate to curate current curriculums and identify opportunities to improve learner experience
  • Develop written communications to the sales teams regarding updates
  • Assist with designing learning materials and workshops for all SE supported brands
  • Enhancing capabilities of field source

  • Working towards or have completed a university degree in science, business or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment (Microsoft Teams, online learning platforms)
  • Strong project management skills and taskfocused individual

  • Strong team player with an interest in adult learning
  • Effective communicator and project leader
  • Ability to make decisions and not be afraid to ask questions
  • Works well in a fastpaced environment with multiple ongoing projects
  • Interested in a career in pharmaceuticals and improving patients' lives

  • University Degree In Progress
  • Business, Life Sciences Program.
