Position Requirements Back shop Attendant
Position Overview

The Backshop attendant is responsible for overseeing daily duties on the golf course. This position requires strong customer service, cleaning, and coordinating skills.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Responsibilities:

Cleaning, Coordination and Maintenance 50%

a. Providing owners and members with clean, functioning and well-maintained golf carts
b. Retrieving abandoned golf carts
c. Ensuring golf carts in need of preventative and normal maintenance are taken out of rotation
d. Maintaining chipping areas ensuring it is tidy and stocked, cleaning of general course
e. Coordinate with the Proshop to ensure schedules are followed

Customer Service 40%

a. Providing friendly professional customer service
b. Set up and maintenance of owners carry bags and clubs
c. Providing directions and recommendations
d. Politely enforcing course etiquette
e. Recommend products and/or add on

Event Staff 10%

a. Assisting in the set up and tear down of special events and tournaments
b. Providing friendly professional service to owners and members
c. Complete regularly scheduled inventories
d. Aid fellow employees
