Description

Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport is seeking an energetic, creative, career oriented individual to fill the position of Guest Services Manager.

This position will best suit an ambitious individual striving to make a difference.

The Guest Services Manager is responsible for the supervision of the front desk, bell service and switchboard staff while ensuring the guest cycle of arrival to departure is completed to hotel standards.

Attention to detail, exceptional organization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential. Previous Front of House experience required.

Must be able to work rotating shifts.
