OVE Decors National Account Manager

Looking to add a GTA based National Account Manager to the team. Working remotely, you'll be promoting sales with major retailers like Home Depot Canada, Canadian Tire, and Home Hardware Canada. Collaborating with Product Managers, Marketing, and Logistics, you'll drive sales growth, market share, and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plan aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify business development opportunities in existing markets and explore new segments.
  • Conduct quarterly market trend analysis to maximize revenue, market share, and profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish strategic priorities, pricing, promotions, and product assortment for customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, exceeding expectations for successful partnerships.
  • Regularly review accounts, assess customer needs, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals for new contracts leveraging communication and negotiation skills.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts based on data analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze sales trends to develop informed SWOT analysis and identify strategic initiatives within the market and customer base.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring seamless collaboration internally and externally.
  • Uphold company values and cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Adhere to the company's code of conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
  • Over 10 years of experience in national account management.
  • Knowledge of the residential renovation sector and current clientele is a major asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, is essential.
  • Practical knowledge of the Canadian home renovation industry is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits, workshops, competitor insights, etc. when necessary.
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally.
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and customer-facing skills.
